In order to change a room for a course section, a request should come to the Office of the Registrar from the chair or administrative assistant of the offering department. This should come in the form of a refreshable Departmental Offerings spreadsheet, which all department chairs and administrative assistants should already have access to. All changes should be clearly noted. Any questions pertaining to this can be sent to Shawn Green in the Office of the Registrar at firstname.lastname@example.org.
If you want to request a room for a one-time use or special event, you will need to email JoAnn Malandro in Facilities at email@example.com.
