User Profile

The User Profile area introduced in version 2.6 of the Student Planning module has moved from a separate tab into menu selections under User Options:


Emergency Contact Information, while previously residing within the User Profile tab, is now a separate menu item.

You will be required to periodically update your Emergency Contact information prior to being cleared for registration. Please complete this important step during Advising to avoid delays when your turn to register arrives! Until you complete this task, you will see the following alert and will be blocked from registration:

To remove this alert and clear yourself for registration:
  1. Choose Emergency Information from the User Options menu shown above
  2. If a contact is shown and it is correct, click Confirm
  3. If a contact is shown and it is out of date, click the pencil icon to edit
  4. If there are no contacts, click Add New Contact and then click Confirm
